About 30 ㎡ living and dining room is the perfect place to relax, eat, and talk with family and friends.

 

A sofa that can comfortably accommodate three people. Lean back on the headrest and enjoy the movie etc.

3 burner gas stove, rice cooker, electric water heater, microwave oven, toaster, juicer, Nescafe Dolce Gust.

We have a wide variety of cooking utensils. A wide variety of tableware is also available.

Basic seasonings are available. Salt, beet sugar, soy sauce, cooking sake, mirin, rice vinegar, sesame oil, rape seed oil, extra virgin olive oil, white pepper, black pepper, and honey. Mostly organic products.

A hot pot for a large group. The pot and tabletop stove are stored in the legs of the dining table. Gas cylinder must be provided by the guest.

Tea time is also a relaxing time.

These are the brothers of the Balmuda microwave range & toaster. I like it because it has a cheese toast mode, a frozen rice defrosting mode, and something that gets me hooked.

Baby chairs and child cushions are available. Stored in 2F bedding room.

Air conditioners have been installed in the living and dining rooms and in each bedroom. The summer in Lake Yamanaka, which used to be a summer resort, has become hot in midsummer recently.
