By car:	From the Tomei Expressway Gotemba Interchange, take Route 138 to Lake Yamanaka Asahigaoka. From the Chuo Expressway Otsuki JCT, take the Higashifujigoko Road from the Yamanakako IC to Asahigaoka. About two and a half hours from Tokyo. The New Tomei Expressway and the New Gotemba Interchange will be opened from 2022. The Gotemba Bypass on the Subasiri Road will also be opened, making access from Gotemba more convenient.
by bus:	It takes about two and a half hours from Shinjuku Busta to Lake Yamanaka Asahigaoka.
